Dispatch Time
Orders are shipped within 5–7 working days from the date of purchase.

Delivery typically takes 3–7 days depending on your location.
Shipping Charges
- ₹100 flat shipping fee
- Free shipping on orders above ₹1500
Payment Options
- Prepaid orders (recommended)
- Cash on Delivery (COD) available for orders between ₹500 and ₹7500

Delivery Notes
- Delivery timelines may vary slightly due to location or courier delays.
- We currently ship across most serviceable pin codes in India.
Failed Deliveries
Prepaid Orders
If delivery fails after multiple attempts due to incorrect details or unavailability, a shipping and handling fee of ₹150 will be deducted and the remaining amount will be issued as store credit.
COD Orders
If a COD order is refused or repeatedly undelivered, future orders from the same details may require prepaid payment.
Returns & Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges only.
- Requests must be raised within 72 hours of delivery
- Products must be unused and in original condition
(Custom or made-to-order items may not be eligible for return unless defective.)
